Frequently asked questions.
Please inquire about orders at least 4 weeks ahead of your event. If it is less than 4 weeks and I have availability, there will be a rush charge of 20% added to your total. Please keep in mind: designing and ordering cutters, colors and supplies all take extra time and shipping costs. Please allow 2-3 business days for me to respond to your order request.
Once you submit your custom order request, I will give you a preliminary estimate within 2-3 business days. Please note: I cannot hold your spot until you approve your estimate. After you decide to move forward, your spot is secure and I will sketch a design of your custom cookies for you to approve. We will work together to make sure we’re hitting your vision spot-on! Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive an invoice for payment.
I deliver for a $25 delivery fee to the the greater Charleston area including West Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston. Deliveries are only made on Thursdays and Fridays.

I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of confirmation for a $25.00 cancellation fee which covers my design time. Please note production of an order begins as soon as it is placed. Cancellations made after 72 hrs of your order confirmation are non refundable.
At this time, Libby & Lou cookies are not gluten free or vegan. Our recipe is peanut/tree-nut free but are processed in a facility containing peanut/tree-nut products. Libby & Lou cookies contain: flour, sugar, butter, egg, cream cheese, vanilla bean paste, meringue powder, powdered sugar, butter flavoring, Karo syrup and water.
Once you checkout, please allow 3-5 days for processing before your cookies are ready for pick up or delivery. Remember, each Libby & Lou cookie is made fresh especially for you and that takes some time. It’ll be worth it ;)
Enjoy your cookies within 2-3 weeks! Cookies will be best stored at room temperature, away from intense light or heat.
